Everyone must enter a character profile before playing. Be sure to fill in the form correctly. Inside are the Accepted and Declined Applications, as well as Adoptables.

This is where you come to set up a realtionship with other charries, and record others.

When you reach the double sytory Dormatory Building, the front is a small foyer where three doors allow entrance. The left to the boys hallyway, the right to a stairwell to the girls, the middle into the dorm lounge, where two different doors branch into the two other areas.The dorm lounge and kitchen is the place to relax, unwind and make friends. It is open and well lit, with the room divided by a small step up into the kichen area. Every evening Cass puts on the TV or a movie and everyone eats here. This is where students get breakfast, lunch themselves and Cass serves dinner.

The left door in the foyer of the dorms leads to a hallway. This downstairs part of the two story dorm block is home to the boys dorms. There are four boys to a room and each room has a shared bathroom.

The right door in the dormatory foyer or a door in the lounge leads to a stairwell, which in turn leads to a hall. This upstairs part of the two story dorm block is home to the girls dorms. There are four girls to a room and each room has a shared bathroom.

Set away from the rest of the stables, right up the back of the property boardering the 100 Acres in Cass's House. This double storey house has a porch and a seperate garden out the back, and is right near the dorms, but there is still quite a gap. It houses Cass, Katherine and Connor Jaygo, as well as staff.

This is the stables where the lesson horses and ponies are housed. Each student who is assigned a horse must take complete care of that horse or pony. Students are elegible for a school horse if they don't have a horse of their own, or own just one.

This is where Cass, the students and staff may keep their horses. You are responsible for your own horse. This section of the stable block is used only for mares and fillies.

The yards border of the walk out section of the geldings stable, so there are horses to talk to. They may be used temporarily as Day yards but some are used as permanent stabling for a horse that is afriad of the undercover stables. Each Yard has a shelter in one corner, so that it is simular in size and quality to a walk-in-walk-out stable.

These are the two huge 10 - 20 acre paddocks that hold horses on spell, takeing a break, and the occasional mustang herd that Cass is using as a suprize or project. Also horses that are to-be schoolies but aren't ready are here.

Here are the regular irrigated paddocks for the majority of students horses, and schoolies. There is a rotation system so that paddocks have a break, and are always green. Most horses share a paddocks with one or two others, but some smaller paddocks are for indervidual use. Each paddock is one acre per horse in it. Stallion paddocks are futhre away from the rest and have high fences.

The driveway, car park, stables, washbays and all the space in between. The stable yard is everywhere around the stables.

Just within the Lesson Horses Stable, the office's huge mahoganony door comes into veiw. There is a opaque window beside it, and within are two wraparound desks with computers and files. There are chairs and couches against the wall, and the room is decorated with photos of Cass Jaygo riding, or horses shes owned, along with ribbons, shelves of trophies and rosettes that she and the Stables have achieved.

Located joining the School Horse Stable and the Mares Stable, this large lounge room conects to the office. There is a LCD TV, a stack of DVDs and comfy couches and beanbags, to let students relax between rides or grab a drink from the fridge, which is stocked with carrots, apples, snacks and drinks or juice, cordial and soft drinks.

Within each stable is a huge room, the tack room, which connects to the next room, the feed room, by a arch which takes up most of the short wall. In the rectangular tack room is all the horse's gear for each student and lockers for valubles. In the feed room is all the horse feed and hay, any buckets for making up feeds.

The Tack up area where you can tie up your horse, groom and tack him ready for a ride. There is a hitching rail and cross ties. Also wash bays are here for giving your horse a bath or hosing down after a ride. The tack/feed room is nearby.

Above the Schoolies Stable is a huge loft full of hay in storage. Some people may come up here top get away and it has a great veiw over the property out its windows.

For those students who prefer not walking or riding to the beach, there is a beautiful heated pool behind the dorms, with a spa beside it. The area is lush and green, with palm trees lining one side. There are pool chairs, lounges and a couple of tables near the pool, and a barbaque for an adults use only. The pool, however, is able to be used anytime between 6am and 9pm, at own risk, and the gate must always be shut.

This covers the large open area of grass and a few scattered trees. There is a creek to one side, and it is between the carpark and drive way and the paddocks, the stables on one side.

The pristine Lake lies to the south end of Tanderra, away from the stables and near the paddocks. It is a great place to get away, and fnd some peace and quiet.

Near the lawns is a paved courtyard. It has trees that shade some areas and park benchs and picnic tables around, and a fountain in the middle. It is quite large, and many students hang out here, able relax in the stable atmosphere.

This extra large enclosed arena is roofed with hifgh celings and good ventilation. It can be used on hot or rainy days for riding and jumping. And next to the arena are Dressage Letters, poles, barrels, wings, cones and other gear that are often set up n the arena.

This is a 60m by 20m dressage arena. There are no jump wings, but there are and Letters set up, and next to it are trot poles and cones for use.

This is the show jumping arena. Come to jump your horses. There's a water jump to one side, for practice. It is found down the same path as the Hunter Jumper Arena, and there are alot of wings, poles, barrels and tarpolines for use in this large square arena.

If you follow the path to the trails, but take a left before you get there, you'll find the place where there's a wide space, larger then your average jumping arena, with numorous jumps and fences set up. There's a water jump to one side. If you want to use this hunter jumper arena, you take the dog called Howl, as he's trained in it. There are rabbits that can be relesed to use, just be considerate and put them away after.

This is the round yard where you can come to train your horse, riding or lungeing. Cass and students sometimes use it to join up with horses.

There are three tracks, a mile track, a half mile, and another practice track. It is a short ride/walk to the tracks, and there are yards and sheds avalible for use.

One Hundred Acres of bushland belongs to Cass and boarders Tanderra. There are many trails therough here thatlead to the horse beach, the river with a waterfall, a brilliant Cross-Country Course and through bush and feilds.

This is where you come for any medical attention.

This is the nearby township Keria Hill, and all the main stores are here. There is a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the town square, complete with a water feature.

Ahh, the local beach. It is further down from the Tanderra horse beach and no horses are allowed. Only people and their pets. There is rocks with little pools at one end and a jetty. The water is beautiful, and there is good snokelling at the shelered end with the rocks, or the other end has a reef which provides surf.

This is the center for rescue dogs, cats, horses and other animals. Every so often more will come. Mostly from characters who have quit.

The Keria Hill horse and pony Club is here, and is just a short ride from Tanderra. Come for rallies, gymkanas, small shows, or to make use of their cross-county course.

Known as the KEC, the Keria Hill Equestrian Centre holds many shows, Western and English. It boasts many indoor and outdoor rings and arenas, a cattle pen, a cross-country course and much more.

This is the nearby school. Classes of all kinds are taught here. It is compulsary to go. (Don't post yet - unfinished. PM Cass if you want to help run the school.)

In town there is a sale yard where everything is for sale or auctioned off. Horses and other animals.
